PABP is a Business Programme created to provide an opportunity for members to earn multiple streams of income. We have also created a smart online Survey Distribution System that helps us compile feedback from consumers, internet users, employees etc on various surveys conducted from time to time. is someone who has selected to join our Business Programme to earn multiple streams of income, wherein income may be generated trough the distribution of Online Surveys or by reselling the various products and services available in PABP. In PABP a Project Consultant has approximately 8-10 benefits that provides incomes streams from RM1000.00 to RM9000.00 ++ per month.
A
Project
Consultant
is someone who is invited to participate in a survey and is required to complete the survey in full by answering a set of questions relating to the survey respondents personal information and the survey topic. The survey is usually emailed to the respondent by our Project Consultants. Upon completing the said survey the survey respondent is provided a non-cash based free-bee that relates to the type of survey invitation extended and/or participated by a survey respondent.
A survey respondent is generally identified from a national consumer database exceeding 1,000,000.00 or more registered respondents that we have procured and the from the ever increasing registration of new survey respondents via our Online Registration Form.

Do I have to pay anything to register as a Survey Respondent?
No. You can register as our Survey Respondent by just completing our online registration form. Upon completing the said form, you will be included automatically into our database and you will receive a verification of the said application via an email. Thereafter, you will be invited as a respondent to our surveys.

Do I qualify as a Survey Respondent?
f you are above 18 years of age and you are a Malaysian or a Foreign National with a legal status, you may apply. In some instances, we may also allow respondents below 18 years of age, depending on our clients age group requirements.

Do I have to pay anything to register as a Project Consultant?
There are 3 Entry Levels into our Business Programme, made to allow easy participation to all who are qualified. You may choose to register as an Intern, Junior or Senior. The following are the fees payable for entry level;
a) Intern – RM98.00 (1 Month Membership)
b) Junior – RM398.00 or RM698.00 (6 Months Membership)
c) Senior – RM1980.00, RM2980.00 or RM3980.00 (24 Months Membership)

As
long as you are above 18 years of age and you are a Malaysian or a

The difference is in relation to the benefits and survey entitlements. When you register under the RM698.00 Junior entry level, you will be entitled to send 10 invites each for 2 different surveys per day. Compared to 10 survey invites for only 1 survey per day. That means your earning potential per day is higher under the RM698.00 entry level.

Why do you limit the membership to 1 month under the Intern entry level?
The Intern entry level is meant for a member to understand our business programme and to earn money through PABP to invest into a longer membership period thereafter. An Intern membership is similar to a Trial Period in normal circumstances.

The difference again is in relation to the benefits and the number of survey entitlements. RM1980.00 entitles you to send 10 invitations per day for 1 survey, RM2980 entitles you to send 10 invitations each per day for 2 surveys and RM3980.00 entitles you to send 10 invitations each per day for 3 surveys.

IYes, you may upgrade at anytime even after the expiry of your membership.

No, till date we only accept cash or cheque payments to our company account in Maybank. For members convenience, you may also pay using Maybank2u wherein Any payment made will be received directly to our directors personal account.

Yes. You may come personally to Kelana Center Point, Kelana Jaya, Block A, Lobby A, Level 2, Unit 210. Please also refer our contact details under Support Center on our website under Main Menu for further information regarding our office address.

I was made to understand that I could register for TM Services like Streamyx, Let’s Talk, Celcom etc to gain entry to the Intern Project Consultant level?
Yes, previously until 31st December 2007, our programme provided membership access through the registration for selected TM products and/or services. However, since 1st January 2008, all membership access is through the 3 new entry levels (ie: Intern, Junior & Senior Project Consultants) only. This is mainly due to the fact that with effect from 1st January 2008, all Project Consultants will be automatically appointed as our Reseller for all products and services promoted by our company which includes Telekom Malaysia. As such, you may register any TM product and/or service directly under your reseller code and enjoy benefits such as commissions and discounts.

When do I get paid for the Online Surveys that I have distributed and
managed?
We generally pay out for every 10 surveys replied within 14 working days from the date of the 10th email replied. However, occasionally there may be payments that are delayed due to verification and validation of the survey respondents questionnaires. We currently practice payments immediately upon verification, validation and collection of free bees by a survey respondent.

Can I get a refund of the membership payment I made, if I decide that I am no longer interested in this business programme?
No. We apply a strictly no refund and no cooling off period policy in PABP. Since we provide all information available prior to a person joining us and since we allow for a person to decide sufficiently before they join us, there is no need for refunds when a person changes their mind later. Please also understand that the company would have incurred expenses in providing all benefits (as described) plus other related cost upon a members registration and payment. As such, it would be very unfair to the company if and when a member decides to seek a refund merely because they do not have an interest in our business programme. We strongly advise all parties concerned to understand our programme sufficiently and to seek clarification where necessary prior to their joining with us. This would ensure no complications in the long run for all parties concerned.

Can I work more than the working calendar days in any given month?
Yes, you may. ie: we recommend that you work for 22 working days per month and the email database that we will provide you is more than sufficient for based on 22 working days per month. However, should you wish to work on the weekends or public holidays, that is purely your prerogative and during this period it is recommended that you use your own personal contacts (ie: emails addresses) to distribute the surveys accordingly. However, as advised earlier kindly ensure all your contacts register as our survey respondent prior to you sending survey invitations to them.

Can I refer anyone to join PABP?
Yes you are strongly encouraged to refer your friends, family and contacts to join PABP as we provide you with referral fees amounting RM30.00 as an Intern, RM100.00 as a Junior and RM150.00 as a Senior. That means for every person introduced who registers with PABP and makes payment, you will receive the respective referral fee due to you. All referral fees are paid within 3 working days.

What incentive do I get for referring business partners to PABP?
We reward all introductions fairly. If you have a role to play in the business proposal, presentation and acquisition of the customer account then you will be entitled to between 10-30% of all such fees that is derived from the new customer procured. If your role is purely as an introducer, then we shall provide you with a minimum RM500.00 fee payable upon acquisition of the relevant customer account.

Pacific Alliance Solutions Sdn Bhd is the developer and owner of the PABP system. PABP has no direct association with TM, Celcom, Maxis, etc. We are authorized business partners for the various products and services included under our reseller programme.

Is PABP a programme organized by Faratech Corporation (M) Sdn Bhd?
No. Faratech Corporation (M) Sdn Bhd is the facilitator for the TMBP and ITBP programmes respectively. They are not the facilitator for PABP. Pacific Alliance Solutions Sdn Bhd is an authorized Distributor and Master Distributor respectively under the TMBP and IPBP programmes currently facilitated by Faratech Corporation (M) Sdn Bhd. Please take note that Faratech has renamed IPBP to ITBP effective January 2008.

Solutions Sdn Bhd?
Pacific Alliance Solutions Sdn Bhd conducts tele-marketing campaigns both for its internal and client related marketing campaigns. In this respect, PA Solutions leases the call center facilities provided by Kannal Solutions Sdn Bhd from time to time on a project to project basis. In relation to the above, as Kannal Solutions Sdn Bhd is a wholly owned subsidiary of a public listed company, some of the existing shareholder directors of PA Solutions have made a wise decision to invest as a minority share holder in Kannaltech Group Bhd.

How many people have registered with PABP till date?
This information is classified but we are happy to say that we receive more than 4000 hits to our website every day and we receive an approximate 300 or more online registrations per day for both our project consultant and survey respondent registrations. This is a good sign for us.

Do you advertise PABP in main stream media?
Currently our ads run weekly on Utusan and Kosmo in the Malay medium media and on the Star Online Classifieds for the English medium media. We are a conservative company and we believe in slow and steady beginnings. So although we have very strong plans to advertise in main stream media like TV and the radio, we may consider this alternative sometime mid this year or early next year.

Do you have information on PABP in Malay on your website?
Yes we do. However, we sincerely regret that till date the information available in Malay is limited to only a few sections. We currently anticipate that the entire website will be translated to Malay by mid March 2008.

Is PABP only for educated people who can speak English?
No. Definitely not. Our requirements are merely that a person should be above the legal age (ie:18 years of age and above) and should be willing to comply by our terms and conditions in relation to PABP. If you have the time and a keen interest in entrepreneurship, then our membership is open to you. It’s that simple.

Why don't you employ people to do the work of the Project
Consultant?
It’s very expensive to maintain a large number of employees, as it would require us to have large working area to accommodate them and very high monthly overheads such as electricity, internet, telephone, water, etc would be incurred. It does not make sense to hire employees when globally all companies are moving towards outsourcing.

Do you have any other office or branch office other than in Kelana Jaya?
Yes we do. However, these other locations are used for other business ventures and therefore currently our office in Kelana Jaya is exclusively equipped to support our PABP members.

Ok I want to join but can I continue either as an Intern or a Junior Project Consultant after the stipulated membership period?
Yes. That is acceptable and it is your prerogative. However, you will have to comply by the same terms and conditions when you wish to re-new your entry level registrations. (ie: Pay RM98.00 or RM398.00) when you wish to renew your relevant membership). There will be no additional referral fees paid to your initial introducer (if any) in this situation.
42) What is the difference between Getting Paid to do Online Surveys and Getting Paid to Support Online Surveys?
Getting paid to do online surveys is the usual model that all online survey companies apply wherein you get paid for completing a survey (ie: for gving them your opinions). They usually will pay only once for 1 survey. This is because you cannot give different oppinions for the same survey. Now, Getting Paid To Support Online Surveys is very unique wherein you get paid to firstly Distribute our Online Surveys to the database of respondents provided by us and as soon as they respond we pay you for managing their response. In this scenario, you are able to do the same survey as many times as deemed necessary.
43) Do we have to compose the survey invitation emails individually for every different survey? Is there a different survey form supplied by you for every survey?
1. You are not required to compose any emails as all content in the email is pre- prepared by us and set by default within the message box. You are only required to cut and past the email address’s from the database provided (if applicable) into the available area on the control panel. The rest is done by our system.
2. We currently have 5 surveys online and expect to introduce an additional 2 very soon. Every survey conducted is unique and you are eligible to select these surveys based on the entry level selected upon registration. Should you wish to change a survey title, you may do so by submitting a formal request to admin@pabp.biz . Upon approval, our system administrators will automatically reset your survey to the new survey title requested.
44) We are allowed to send 10 survey invitations daily. Why do you limit us to only 10 survey invitations per day?
We do so to avoid the over crowding of the email system and the internet. We wish to abide by the anti-spamming laws currently enforced and as such we would require to place such limits on all members using our system.
45) Please elaborate on payments to us. How is it done? When do we get paid? How is the payment made to us?
Payment is made within 14 working days for every 10 survey response' received, and will be
paid directly into your bank account. Initially you may receive your payment(s) within 14 working days, but thereafter subject to your discipline of sending invites daily, over a short time, payments due to you should be on a regular if not daily basis.
46)
Does every survey respondent who is sent the survey invitation respond? Are they obligated to do so especially since they have already signed up as your registered survey respondent? If they don’t what is the course of action taken by your company?
Yes they are obligated, but there is nothing we can do to compel them to answer. However we believe most respondents are enticed to respond due to the FREE BEES that we currently offer, which incidentally is quite lucrative to say the least. Should a respondent reject or not respond to three invites in a row, our system shall automatically remove them from our respondent database.
Additionally, please be advised that since not all survey respondents have a pc or internet access at home or is permitted to us the same for personal purposes in their place of work, there is a very high possibility that such survey respondents would only check their personal emails on a fixed or scheduled basis from a cyber café. As such, there is a possibility that some survey invites you send may receive a delayed response.
47) Are all entry level Project Consultant memberships entitled to loans? What is the minimum loan amount and the maximum loan amount? What is the duration to pay back the loan?
No. Currently the loans available are limited to the Senior Project Consultant level only. The minimum loan available is RM2000.00 to a maximum of RM5000.00 only. The tenure (duration) for repayment is from 2 to 10 years.
48) What is the brand of the PC or notebook provided by your company in the Senior Project Consultant membership level? And which is the broadband provider?
The brand and model will change from time to time depending on the suppliers stock and/or availability. It also depends on the best price the company is able to receive from the respective suppliers. However as a practice, the company shall always prefer to purchase through reliable suppliers of well known brands such as Dell, Acer, Nuovo, Compac, etc.
The broadband provider will strongly depend on the area of your residence and the coverage in that area. We currently can provide Streamyx, Celcom, Maxis or Izzi etc. We will always select the provider with the best coverage in your area. We shall advise on the provider and coverage within 24hours of your registration and payment.
49) Do we broadband access to work from home efficiently? Would a dial-up access suffice?
Broadband access is the preferred and recommended choice. Anything less than 256kbps may cause delays for downloading and uploading of the survey questionnaire. However, it is finally the prerogative of the Project Consultant to decide where you which to work from and what kind of internet access you will use.

For the record, your friend did not register as our Survey Respondent. Kindly take note, that you are only allowed to send survey invites to your friends after they have registered with us as a survey respondent. Upon your friend’ online registration, we will validate their application, and a notification will be send to them thereafter. As such, since your friend was not registered the result would show 0 on your earning status. Please make sure all your friends register as a survey respondent before you send them any survey invitation.
51) Can I change the password given by PABP?
Yes, you are encouraged to change your password for your web email provided but not for the control panel. As a precaution, please do allow others to use your ID as they may be able to gain access to your control panel.
52) Does a Survey Respondent have to claim the free bee in person from your office or can they claim the same via telephone?
Due to strict verification purposes, we require all claims to be made in person. We require to validate your NRIC or passport (for foreign nationals only) prior to the release of any free bee (where applicable). Kindly be advised that the value of all free bees offered in PABP is substantial and requires our strict verification of identity of the claimant to avoid fraud and double claims.
53) Can the Project Consultant job be done on a part-time basis?
Yes, you may. In-fact our Business Programme is meant to be a Part-Time job opportunity.
54) Can we have access to the member login area before we register to see how the survey invites work?
Yes, you can view the member login by using DEMO as your login ID and password. When you have entered the main control panel page, please click on survey invites to try sending an email invitation to yourself. When you receive a notification thereafter that the email has been successfully sent, you will be able to access the said survey from the email address used earlier. Just open the email, click on the survey link provided therein and answer the survey questionnaire thereafter. Please make sure you fill all sections in full and with valid information.
55) Is it compulsory to attend the PABP Preview? If Yes, What Time is the preview and where is it held?
Attending the PABP preview is not compulsory and is conducted to provide potential members an opportunity to ask questions or to clarify any doubts. We have attempted to provide as much information as possible on our website, however in some instances where you may have morequestions the preview is very useful and strongly recommended.
Our previews are conducted daily at 3.00pm (Mon-Fri), 11.00am and 2.00pm on Saturdays.

58) Would you give us replacement email database for the emails that bounce or are invalid?
Yes, if there are any emails that bounce because the said email address is invalid, we will replace the said emails immediately.
59) In general, which entry level is selected by your new members?
Intern is generally selected by students and house wife’s, Junior is selected by young adults, newly employed senior citizens etc and Senior is selected by the serious entrepreneurs, marketing savvy individuals, and those with a large contact base. Recently we have seen a strong demand for the Senior Project Consultant position since the loan scheme was introduced.
60) What is the average survey response rate received by your existing Project Consultants? And what is the average monthly income they earn?
Currently the response rate is very subjective and varies for each and every member we have. It strongly depends on their discipline on sending survey invites regularly. For example we have Project Consultants who receive a 60-70% response rate per month and we have some who receive a 10-20% response rate per month. The response rate depends on various factors that include the database, survey respondents interest in the survey conducted, survey respondents availability to view and answer the survey etc. In Malaysia, because the internet and PC ownership is very low, most people do not check their emails regularly. As such, in some cases the response is slow. If a survey respondent is not aware that an invitation has been sent to them, they may not open their email frequently. .
61) What is the process after a Survey Respondent has replied the survey invitation?
Our general practice is to verify and validate the information received within 5 working days. In our verification process, we usually will confirm the personal information provided before we commence the verification of the survey questions answered. We will select questions in random to ensure that the survey respondent had personally answered the survey invitation. This process usually takes an approximate 15-20 minutes. Upon validation and verification, the survey respondent is re quested to claim the free bee. After this due process, we update your invitation to success and payment will be processed.
62) Do you conduct the Survey verification on weekdays, weekends or after office hours?
We generally conduct our verification process during the working week and during office hours only.
63) Do we have to inform you of our contacts before we send the survey invites to our own contacts?
Please be reminded that if a survey invite is completed by your contact who has not registered as our Survey respondent, the said survey will not be accepted as a valid survey. All respondents are only allowed to answer one survey invite once. Please ensure all your contacts are registered as our survey respondents as soon as possible.
64) How does your company make money from this business programme?
Pacific Alliance Solutions Sdn Bhd expects to earn an income in several areas through our business programme but mainly derived from our online surveys. For example, from the online surveys we generally earn commission from our customer(s) for every new product sale procured via the survey questionnaire completed and submitted back to us by a survey respondent. Without the procurement of new sales through our surveys, the company will not be able to pay our Project Consultants the high incentives paid currently and neither can we provide expensive FREE BEES to our survey respondents.
Additionally, our company earns income as a Master Distributor, Distributor, Reseller, Partner, Agent etc for a variety of products and services wherein we earn direct commissions and/or overriding commissions based upon the product, service or volume of sales generated per month.
For your information, we do not profit from the registration & membership fees collected from our Project Consultants, as the fees collected is used to cover initial cost incurred in setting up the project consultant website, email, hosting, purchase of database, maintenance, the purchase of product packages provided upon registration etc.
65) My 1 month PABP membership has expired. Do I have to pay again for renewal?
Yes. If you wish to continue or renew your membership at any entry level you will be required to pay the required membership fee again before we reactivate your account. However, please take note your reseller status and your webmail will be active and can be used even after the expiry of your pabp membership.
66) Why is it that I have a very low response rate from the database of survey respondents provided by the company?
Please be advised that the database that we provide is a compilation of names and/or emails procured from data-mining companies, clients, etc and is provided to you purely to help as an initial starting point for you when you begin with this entrepreneurship programme. However, you are reminded not to depend 100% on the database as you will agree that the database provided to you are made of individuals who firstly do not know you personally and therefore may opt not to respond to your invitation. Additionally, most Malaysians in general do not check their emails regularly due to various reasons including the lack of access to a PC and the internet at home. As such, as and when a person checks their emails, they may have received many JUNK or SPAM emails that they might not attempt to filter or read prior to deleting the same. So, in some instances, it has been known that survey respondents may delete survey invitations either knowingly or unknowingly. It is due to these reasons, that we strongly encourage our project consultants to send invitations to their own database of contacts (ie: friends, relatives etc) who will be more inclined to answer and/or respond to the survey invitations sent by you. Please be reminded to ensure that your contacts register as a survey respondent through our online registration form to ensure that you are entitled to receive payments and for your contacts to receive their respective free bee items as well.
67) My down-line (ie: referred friends & contacts) are either unable to include me (my name) through the online registration form and sometimes whenever they include my name it does not appear on my member control panel under referrals. Can this problem be rectified?
Thank you for your enquiry and we have rectified this problem effective 13/02/08. Please be advised that the problem was due to a time-lapse error wherein when your down-line was attempting to select your name from the list of names that appear whenever a name is typed in, the said list disappears within a few seconds (ie: time-lapse). This has been rectified. Secondly, due to many members with similar names, whenever a referred candidate includes your name but not in full, our system previously matched to the closest name in our member database. This has also been rectified.
68) I registered on the 12th of February 2008 and made payment for RM698.00 through my PBebank to your Maybank2u. When will I get my membership package?
Thank you for your payment. Please be advised that all online transfer payments from other banks to Maybank2u will take 2 working days by the bank to credit to our account. As such, please take note that we will only process your membership and send the membership package to you within 2 workings days after payment is received to our account.
69) I paid on the 24th of January 2008 through MBB cash deposit machine, but till today (13th February) I have yet to receive my membership package. Why does it take so long?
Thank you for your payment. We do apologize for the delay that you may have faced but please take note that we never received any payment confirmation from your side until today (ie: 13th February 2008). Kindly take note, that upon making payment through MBB cash deposit machine you will receive a deposit confirmation slip which you should fax or email to us together with your full name and NRIC no. This will enable us to acknowledge your payment and process your membership application.
70) I want to pay through Maybank2u. What do I need to do so that you know that I have paid?
Please ensure you include our email when making the 3rd party payment transfer to our Managing Directors account (ie: zarif@pasolutions.com.my).
