A “Project Consultant” is an individual who has selected the Pacific Alliance Business Programme (PABP) to earn extra income, by distributing and conducting surveys both online and offline respectively. As a Project Consultant you are further provided an opportunity to develop your entrepreneurial skills and earn Multiple Streams of Income whereby joining PABP will allow you to start an online business selling various tele-communication products and services associated to well known brands such as Telekom Malaysia, Celcom, Maxis, Digi, Izzi Broadband, Nokia, Sony Ericsson etc and other non tele-communications products and services such as Astro, MyNewSatelliteTv.com, Tricajus, Travel Discount Cards, etc.
Multiple Streams of Income
Here are some general examples of how a Project Consultant earns Multiple Streams of Income through PABP;
In general as a Project Consultant you will earn extra income when surveys that you help to distribute online or surveys you conduct offline are answered in full by registered survey respondents.
As a Project Consultant you are entitled to distribute all surveys online and in some cases to conduct surveys offline as well.
As a Project Consultant you are entitled to refer as many friends and/or contacts to PABP and earn direct referral income amounting RM30.00 for Intern Project Consultant, RM100.00 for Junior Project Consultant and RM150.00 for Senior Project Consultant.
As a Project Consultant you are entitled to overriding commission of 2.5% of the overall monthly income earned by all direct referrals to PABP. (Applies to Cyber Café Partner Programme only)
As a Project Consultant you are also entitled to overriding commission of up to 5% of the overall monthly income earned by all indirect referrals to PABP. (Applies to Cyber Café Partner Programme only)
All Project Consultants are automatically appointed as a Reseller of all products and services offered by our company that includes products and services from Telekom Malaysia, Celcom, Maxis, Digi, Izzi, Nokia, Sony Erricsson, Astro, Tricajus, Travel Discount Cards etc.
Project Consultants are also strong encouraged to advertise and promote their personal business by uploading relevant content onto the website and hosting provided when you register in PABP.
Project Consultants are provided all the tools necessary to start a entrepreneurial business through PABP. This includes a website, email, corporate business address, fax number, message recording and forwarding services, mail receipt and collection services, dispatch services within Klang Valley, WiFi access, meeting room facilities, pantry with coffee and tea and not forgetting the executive table space available as and when required.
1. As an Intern Project Consultant you are entitled to select one (1) survey during your 1 month membership period and earn cash for every survey completed by a registered survey respondent.
2. As a Junior Project Consultant you are entitled to select up to two (2) surveys during your 6 months membership period and earn cash for every survey completed by a registered survey respondent.
3. As a Senior Project Consultant you are entitled to select up to three (3) surveys during your 24 months membership period and earn cash for every survey completed by a registered survey respondent.
Note:You may opt to upgrade from a lower level to a higher level at any point within three (3) months from the date of initial registration subject to the terms and conditions that apply accordingly.
Membership Cycle
1) Join PABP as an Intern, Junior or Senior Project Consultant
2) Receive ID, Password, Email, Training Materials, Database etc
3) Receive Reseller ID and Password
4) Start to Distribute Surveys / Conduct Surveys
5) Get Response from Survey Respondent online or offline
6) Validate and Verify completed surveys
7) Submit Claims for completed surveys
8) Get Paid within 14 working days upon approval of submission of claims

Reminders:
Project Consultants are encouraged to distribute surveys to their own contacts and friends. All such contacts and friends invited are requested to register as a PABP Survey Respondent prior to the distribution of any survey invitation.
Project Consultants must send Survey Respondent Invitations to contacts and/or friends through the PABP control panel.
Project Consultants are encouraged to source their own database of Survey Respondents provided at all times the Project Consultant ensures the said Survey Respondent registers with PABP prior to the distribution of survey invites to the said respondent.
Junior and Senior Project Consultants are entitled to distribute surveys to the database of survey respondents provided by the company upon request. The company does not guarantee the effectiveness of the database provided.
Senior Project Consultants are entitled to conduct selected surveys off line (where deemed applicable) upon the prior approval of the company.
Project Consultants are reminded to ensure all contacts and/or friends invited as a Survey Respondent are responsible when completing all surveys. Survey Respondents should be advised not to misrepresent, falsify or cheat when completing all surveys.
Project Consultants are reminded that should a survey respondent commit fraud or misrepresentation in any given survey, both PABP and/or PA will be unable to earn income that is essentially used to pay the Project Consultants respectively.
Project Consultants are reminded to ensure that all referred survey respondents make claims of their respective free bee's within the stipulated time.
